Краткое описание

Проблема патофизиологии тяжелых ожогов представляется сложной по нескольким причинам.
1. По этому вопросу существует большое количество публикаций.
2. Авторы часто высказывают противоречивые мнения, не подкрепляемые порой убедительными экспериментальными данными.
3. При тяжелых ожогах, помимо синдромов специфических явлений, связанных с ожогом как вполне определенным конкретным типом поражения, всегда присутствует синдром неспецифических изменений (связанных с тяжестью травмы, предшествующей инфекцией и т. д.).
