Краткое описание
Целью исследования является изучение особенностей взаимосвязи увлеченности работой и профессионального выгорания у представителей сферы обслуживания. Для достижения цели поставлены следующие задачи: 1. провести теоретический анализ исследований увлеченности работой и профессионального выгорания, их взаимосвязей, факторов развития; 2. проанализировать и сопоставить содержание проявлений увлеченности и выгорания; 3. установить взаимосвязи увлеченности и выгорания с личностными свойствами и субъективными оценками характеристик деятельности; 4. выявить эмпирические типы сочетания выраженности увлеченности и выгорания.
