According to this method the teacher tells nothing. Studying of a pronunciation takes place by means of tables, with the image of symbols. Each symbol designates the sound.
For example, to say the word "table", the teacher needs to show the small square designating a sound of "t", then — the small square designating a sound "а" and so on.
Plus of this way is that the teacher doesn't impose the level to the pupil and it will be possible to know the pupil language better than the teacher.
