Brand (born brand, [brænd] - trademark, trade name, brand) - a term in marketing, symbolizing the complex information about the company, product or service; popular, easily recognizable symbols and legally protected by any manufacturer or product.
There are two approaches to the definition of the brand:
- The task and also individual attributes: name, logo, and other visual elements (fonts, design, color schemes and symbols), allowing to allocate company or product in comparison to competitors;
- The image, the image, the reputation of the company, product or service in the eyes of customers, partners and the public.
