Team manager should manage the individual issues of team members with respect to the group goals, define goals for individuals to achieve group goals, manage the performance and responsibilities of everyone in the group, monitor team, in terms of productivity and well-being. As a manager, he has to create and control change within the project. This means solving problems, generating new ideas, and implementing them. As well, his responsibility as a team manager is to provide each team member with some level of support.
