Team manager should manage the individual issues of team members with respect to the group goals, define goals for individuals to achieve group goals, manage the performance and responsibilities of everyone in the group, monitor team, in terms of productivity and well-being. As a manager, he has to create and control change within the project. This means solving problems, generating new ideas, and implementing them. As well, his responsibility as a team manager is to provide each team member with some level of support.
Description of set up
During the project all responsibilities within the group are divided between group members.
1. Team Manager – Maxim Lisnowski.
Team manager should manage the individual issues of team members with respect to the group goals, define goals for individuals to achieve group goals, manage the performance and responsibilities of everyone in the group, monitor team, in terms of productivity and well-being. As a manager, he has to create and control change within the project. This means solving problems, generating new ideas, and implementing them. As well, his responsibility as a team manager is to provide each team member with some level of support.
2. IT-Team – Shai Tayeb, Daniella Sheinfeld
IT managers play technical leadership role within the project. They manage and support our working platform «Yammer». As well, they upload and update the information regarding project issues and inform all group members about the changes in project in general, about canceled or appointed meeting with team manager or ‘Freud museum’ representatives. IT managers collect information and data from all team members and transfer it in needful computer programs. The main responsibility of IT team is to provide the team members with all technical support during all project.
3. Coordinator - Olga Deyneko
Olga Deyneko plays a role not only of coordinator of our project, but also as a Team Leader, because she motivates and inspires group members. Her responsibilities are as following: to create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort, to provide the team with a vision of the project objectives, to facilitate problem solving and collaboration, to coordinate the whole project process, to maintain healthy group dynamics, to encourage creativity, risk-taking, and constant improvement, to help keep the team focused and on track, to provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule.
4. Research/Analysis – Binita Sitaula, Diana Gazarian
Research
and Analysis team is responsible for leading research projects to satisfy
a defined business or scientific objective. To support this goal, research
and analysis managers decide on the methodology and techniques for conducting
the research, and lead the development of research instruments. They
are responsible for reviewing research related fieldwork, validating
collected data, authoring reports and communicating across various research
constituencies. As well they are responsible not only for data collection,
but for analysis of the information.
5. Financial Issues - Alla Ayzena, Olga Kalenichuk
Team members, who are responsible for all financial issues would be in charge of financial plan for fundraising project, financial reports. They will define and develop long-term financial goals to ensure a profitable future for the Freud Museum.
6. Marketing/Marketing Research – Ilona Dlin, ArnilLacej, Inna Mezhericher
Marketing managers would be responsible for collecting data, concerning the project and make a marketing research in related area. They would be responsible for communication with staff of Freud Museum and the main responsibility would be to create a marketing strategy for Freud Museum, which would be implemented.
