A manager manages people. Managers need to like people to manage well.

I think that suggestions are important to lead team members in the correct direction.

To build good relations between their own team and other teams, managers need to enjoy working with others.

I think that be good with numbers is not so important because we have many computing tools.

It's important for managers to listen others. Listening is the best way to get information on team members' strengths, weaknesses and current concerns.
