The concept of "human capital" becomes now of great importance not only for economists - theorists, but also for individual firms. Sharply increased interest in economics to human creative abilities, to the ways of their formation and development. Most companies begin to attach great importance to the accumulation of human capital as the most valuable of all types of capital. One way of accumulation of human capital is to invest in people and their health and education.

Modern personnel policy of "Doug energy" provides the most efficient use of the human capital of the company makes its employees involved in the activity. Analysis of the effectiveness of investments in human shows how important it becomes for companies to spend huge amounts of money on health and education workers, since in the future provide more revenue across the company.
Economic evaluation of human capital have become widely used both the microeconomic and macroeconomic levels to determine the value of the national wealth, loss of society from war, disease and natural disasters in the insurance life, profitability of investments in education, health, migration, and for many other purposes.
